Surilo Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Surilo. By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms,
• the information you provide is accurate,
• and the voice recordings you upload belong to you.

2. The Service

Surilo is an AI-powered music creation platform that allows users to generate personalized songs using voice recordings, text inputs, and creative selections such as genres, moods, or occasions.

Features, pricing, formats, and available experiences may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities conducted through it.

You agree not to:

• share or sell your account,
• access another user's account,
• misuse authentication systems,
• or use automated methods to abuse the platform.

4. Voice Recordings & User Content

You confirm that:

• the voice you upload is your own,
• you have the necessary rights to any content you provide,
• and your use of the Service does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You may not use Surilo to:

• imitate or clone another person's voice without authorization,
• create misleading or harmful content,
• infringe intellectual property rights,
• or engage in unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

5. Generated Songs & Usage

Songs created through Surilo are generated using artificial intelligence and creative processing technologies.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable payments:

• you may listen to, download, and share your generated songs for personal use,
• and you may use features provided within the Service as permitted by your selected plan or purchase.

Commercial, resale, redistribution, or large-scale exploitation rights are not included unless explicitly permitted by Surilo in writing.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where required for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or policy enforcement.

6. Service Improvement & Platform Operations

To operate, improve, personalize, secure, and enhance the Service and related technologies, Surilo may process and analyze platform interactions, usage activity, generated content, technical diagnostics, engagement patterns, and other operational data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, safety systems, service optimization, and product development.

7. Payments

Certain features require payment. Prices, offers, subscriptions, and promotional discounts may change from time to time.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Surilo does not store your payment instrument credentials.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to our published refund policies and applicable law.

8. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Temporary downtime, maintenance, third-party failures, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect access or performance.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• these Terms are violated,
• unlawful or harmful activity is detected,
• platform abuse occurs,
• or continued access creates legal, operational, or security risks.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer

Surilo is provided on an "as available" basis.

Generated content may vary in quality, style, accuracy, or originality, and we do not guarantee that any output will meet specific expectations or requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surilo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Surilo for the specific transaction related to that claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
