Delete Your Surilo Account

You can request deletion of your Surilo account and associated data at any time.

There are two ways to delete your account.

Option 1 — Within the app (instant)

  1. Open Surilo
  2. Go to Settings (top right of Home)
  3. Scroll to Delete My Account
  4. Confirm

Deletion is immediate. There is no grace period.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to support@surilo.app with:

  1. Subject: Delete My Account
  2. From: the email address OR phone number registered with your Surilo account

We process deletion requests within 72 hours.

What gets deleted

  • Account information (name, email, phone number, gender)
  • Voice recordings and derived AI voice models
  • Generated songs and any reel videos
  • Usage history and preferences
  • Push notification tokens

What is retained

To comply with Indian tax law, payment records (transaction amounts, dates, payment IDs) are retained for 7 years as required by the Income Tax Act. These records are pseudonymized — no personal account identifiers remain linked.

Aggregate, de-identified analytics may also be retained for service improvement.
